Common Bad Phenomena in Cup Printing Machine and Their Solutions

2019/3/4 10:21:45

1 version of pollution:
Phenomenon: The non-graphic part of the plate cylinder leaves the ink that the scraper has not scratched. When printing, it transfers to the film and becomes a stain.
Terms of settlement:
1. Reduce printing speed;
2. Adjust the angle of the scraper to make it steeper.
3. Reduce ink viscosity;
4. Adjust the solvent to improve the drying speed of ink.
5. Check whether the scraper is installed straight and the pressure is uniform.
2 anti printing
Phenomenon: The former colour ink is printed back on the later colour plate.
Terms of settlement:
1. Reduce the pressure of the impression drum;
2. Improve the adhesion of the former color ink to improve the drying speed of the ink;
3. Reduce the viscosity of the latter colour
3 water streak
Phenomenon: Ink exhibits uneven transfer markings.
Terms of settlement:
1. Reduce the depth of the screen hole of the plate drum;
2. Improving the printing speed;
3. Changing the angle of the web hole of the plate drum;
4. Increase ink viscosity;
5. Correct printing tension.
4 blockage
Phenomenon: During the printing process, the ink transfer rate of printing decreases continuously, and the ink blocked in the plate can not be dissolved when production begins after printing.
Terms of settlement:
1. Flatten the ink scraper;
2. Reduce the volatilization rate of solvents;
3. Reduce ink viscosity;
4. At the end of each printing process, the plate drum should be clear and clean.
5 anti sticking
Phenomenon: Immediately after printing, ink and film adhere to each other, or ink is stained on the opposite side of another film.
Resolvent:
1. Reduce winding tension;
2. Make the ink dry enough;
3. Improving the drying speed of ink;
4. Proper use of anti-sticking agents.
